Admission

What are the opening times?

  • 10am until 5pm

When is last entry into the festival?

  • 4:30pm

Can I leave and re-enter the festival on the day that I bought tickets for?

  • Yes - provided that you collect your wristband on first entry, you may exit and re-enter the festival within the same day.

What can or can I not bring into the festival?

  • There will be lots of beautiful places with outdoor furniture around the Garden to sit. However you are welcome to bring your own chair and/or blanket. If you would like to bring your own water bottle, we'll be happy to refill it for you in the Garden Cafe.

  • Please do not bring pets, BBQs, or your own food and drink. There will be lots of delicious options for food and drink for you to purchase.

Ticketing

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

  • Yes, you will be able to buy tickets on the gate - prices will remain the same.

Can I return my ticket if I can no longer attend?

  • Please refer to our T&Cs for our refund policy.

Do you have different options for tickets?

  • Yes, we do, for all ticketing information including discounts and concessions, please refer to our booking platform by clicking on 'Book now'.

Facilities

Can I bring my pet?

  • We are a working farm so we kindly ask that you leave your four-legged friends at home. However, we do welcome assistance dogs.

Are there are any cash machines?

  • There won't be any cash machines on site. All traders and outlets will have card payment facilities. Some may take cash but we cannot speak for each individual.

Will you take card payments?

  • Yes, we will take card payments, as above.

What do I do if I lose something?

  • There will be a lost property facility on site.

Will you have first aid facilities on site?

  • Yes, there will be a first-aid tent that will be supervised at all times.

Food & drink

Is there food available?

  • Yes, we will have lots of delicious options for food and drink available for all ages.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

  • In order to support our friendly food and drink providers we do kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your own food and drink. We do encourage you to bring your own water bottles and coffee cups for refills.

Do you cater for dietary requirements and food allergens?

  • Most dietary requirements and food allergens will be catered for.

Is there tap water available?

  • Yes, there will be tap water available around the site for you to refill your water bottle.

Accessibility

Is the festival wheelchair/pushchair friendly?

  • It is a level site with some uneven patches of ground and gravel areas, which can prove difficult for wheels. Accessible loos will be available.

Is there accessible parking available?

  • Yes, this will be signposted at point of arrival.

Is there plenty of seating available?

  • There will be relaxed outdoor seating areas around the site. There will be unallocated seating inside each of the speaker tents. You are welcome to bring your own camping chair.

Shopping

Is there somewhere to leave purchases during the festival?

  • Yes, we will be able to offer storage of chilled Yeo Valley Organic goods. It is then at the discretion of each trader for storing your purchases.

Location & transport

Where is the Garden?

How do I get to the Garden?

  • There are two Yeo Valley venues in the village of Blagdon - please be sure to follow the signs for the garden and festival, and not our HQ. You will be wise to switch off your sat-nav! If you use What3Words, they are = devours.petal.tasteful

Where can I park my car?

  • There will be field and hard-standing car parking available onsite. Parking will be clearly signposted and there will be volunteers helping direct you. Please ensure you have booked your free car parking pass.

Can I get there by public transport?

  • Owing to our location, reaching us by public transport is not an easy feat. One possible option is to catch a bus to Bristol Airport and to call a taxi from there.

  • There is also the option of using a car-sharing website like BlaBlaCar https://www.blablacar.co.uk/
